Payments and Shipping
Vibrha offers certainty of secure payment via PayPal or credit card through the site www.paypal.com. No registration required on the site.
The Shipping is done WITHIN 1 BUSINESS DAY after receipt of payment if the item is already in the store, otherwise the customer will be contacted in order to change the product or receive an immediate refund.
In case of personalizations, it will need some other days.
We ship in Italy via InPost (aproximatly 5/7 working days) or via EXPRESS COURIER (1/2 working days).
Shipping in Europe is done via INTERNATIONA POSTAL SERVICE or via EXPRESS COURIER with possibility of monitoring the shipment to know everytime the status.
Returns & Exchanges
If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, you have 15 days since the day of the delivery to give back one or more t-shirts and receive a full refund of the price of the returned products, or you can replace the t-shirt purchased with others on sale on the website of equal value.

Vibrha reserves the right to refuse returns or replacements communicated or returned late, or for items that are not in the initial conditions. Will not accept returns that do not meet all the requirements: in this case, the items will be sent back to your own address.
The product must be shipped with a trackable postal service. When we have received your return and checked that all the requirements have been met, you will receive an email confirmation for the acceptance of the return.
The refund will be credited to your PayPal account and will be immediately visible. The actual refund to the credit card from your PayPal account depends on the institution that issued the card.
Printing
The clothes in this virtual store are printed via direct screen printing, that is, the normal printing technique used in fashion.
In direct screen printing inks are used for specific tissues resistant to washing and printed through a printing frame directly on the shirt.
These inks are designed to tissues, therefore, printing is very resistant to normal washes; on touching the surface of the design is rough.
Personalised Prints
Most of the products sold on www.vibrha.it is customizable.
You can choose a personalized text directly in the product page and add the specifics regarding where to print (front or back ) or other specifics.
If you need a different customization, you can send an e-mail to info.febio@gmail.com .
Please note: customization may be required one or more days to be added to delivery times. Custom fields are NOT RETURNABLE or REPLACEABLE unless they have manufacturing defects.
